I've just been reading through all the posts on the discussion board and have realised that in my excitement of actually working out how to make a blog, that I didn't do the first task outlined in our assignments. I must learn to read everything thoroughly instead of just plowing through with blinkers on.

So here goes..........

My Five Top Tips for New Bloggers.

1. If in doubt....ASK! I had no idea where to start, so I posted a message on the discussion boards and people where more than willing to help.

2. Look Around. There are plenty of sites out there, but everything you do in life is ultimately your choice, so exercise your right to choose.

3. Stay safe. Remember that anyone in the world is able to access this information and read all about you, so be careful what you say.

4. Design your Blog to reflect your personality. As so many who read this will never actually have the pleasure of meeting you ftf, your blog should be who you are.

5. Just have fun. Relax and enjoy yourself. I was unaware of how much I would enjoy this task until I got in here.
